Swatara Township Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public record indexes, directory collections, and the offices that keep them in Swatara Township and Pennsylvania. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government agency, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service or information reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person.
- Find a person protected by a restraining or protective order.
- Commit identity theft, impersonation, or fraud.

Government-record access in Swatara Township is subject to Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101-67.3104. That law governs requests to public agencies and does not make this private reference a records custodian.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
